Let the updates come to you
Want a channel for gaming news? Run /setup channel, then choose where the bot posts. You can turn announcements, showcase reminders and show recaps on or off separately.
Change those choices with /setup posts. Use /setup off to stop automatic posts. Slash commands still work without channel updates.
A note for server admins
The invite asks for Manage Webhooks so the bot can set up channel updates. In a restricted channel, give it View Channel and Manage Webhooks before running /setup channel.
You need Manage Server to use the setup commands by default. Check the current channel and settings with /setup status.
